O’Hanlon, 45, had spent time in jail in the past for drug dealing and was found dead yesterday near his home in Stevenston, Ayrshire. He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 12 noon and police have now launched a murder inquiry. The HK Autotek garage on the Moorpark Industrial Estate was cordoned off by police while forensic teams carried out their investigation. O’Hanlon was crowned Mr Scotland by the National Amateur Body Builders’ Association. He was jailed for seven months for drug-dealing in 2014 after police found 1287 diazepam tablets and £3000 in cash at his home.
