Kem Cetinay among stars confirmed for Dancing On Ice tour

Fans of Love Island winner Kem Cetinay will have the chance to watch him take to the ice across the country in the Dancing On Ice Live UK Tour.

The reality TV star, who is currently one of the front-runners in the revamped series, is among three new names revealed for the tour alongside Alex Beresford and previous Dancing On Ice winner Ray Quinn.

Cetinay said: “The last year has been absolutely crazy and learning to skate has been one of the biggest challenges of my life that I never thought I’d have the opportunity to do.

“I’m so happy to be continuing my Dancing On Ice adventure on the live tour.

“It’s going to be amazing travelling around and meeting everyone who’s been enjoying the show and voting for me – I can’t wait!”

Good Morning Britain weather presenter Beresford said: “I’m usually letting the British people know the bad news about the weather in their city, so I’m really looking forward to being able to travel around the country and hopefully give them something to smile about for a change.”

He added that performing in front of arena audiences will be “an incredible experience”.

Quinn, who first won Dancing On Ice in 2009 before going on to win the All Star series in 2014, said that returning with this year’s line-up will bring out the competitive side in him.

“This year’s show has been fantastic to watch, with some great talent emerging,” the former X Factor star said.

“But the competitive side in me can’t wait to get back on the road, back on the ice and hopefully back at the top of the leaderboard.”

Cheryl Baker, Jake Quickenden and Max Evans have already been confirmed to be hitting the road, along with Denise Van Outen, who is joining the tour as a guest judge alongside the programme’s head judges Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.

More celebrities will be announced for the tour in the coming weeks.

The Dancing on Ice tour, which consists of 27 dates across the UK, kicks off at London’s SSE Arena Wembley on March 23 and will visit cities including Sheffield, Glasgow and Nottingham before coming to an end at the Arena Birmingham on April 15.
