Police continue to appeal for witnesses to a tragic accident where a woman was killed by a lorry.
Karen Gillanders, who was in her 40s, had been on her way to volunteer at a charity shop in Aberdeen when she struck by the white truck on King Street.
The accident happened on Monday morning at around 9am in front of Aberdeen University’s King’s Lawn, across the street from the Old Machar medical practice.
Officers have placed information placards at the scene to jog people’s memories.
Formal identification is expected to take place today.
