Fire crews were called to what was understood to be a gas-related incident in Dingwall this evening.
Two appliances were sent to Macrae Crescent in the town just after 6pm, following reports of a house fire.
They left the scene around one hour later.
It is not thought anyone was injured.
A fire service spokeswoman said: “We were alerted at 6.08pm on Sunday, February 2 to reports of a fire within a residential property.
“Operations control mobilised two fire appliances to Macrae Crescent in Dingwall and firefighters extinguished the fire before leaving the scene at 7.24pm.”
