Police have taped off a section of an Aberdeen supermarket this evening following an incident in which a man was injured.
An ambulance team along with a police dog vehicle, two police vans and three cop cars were called to the car park at the newly opened Aldi on Foresterhill shortly after 9.30pm.
The emergency services are still currently at the scene.
Inside the taped-off area is a silver car, with a smashed rear passenger window.
A police spokeswoman said: “We’ve been called to an incident in which one man has been injured.”
It is believed the disturbance involved a number of youths.
UPDATE: The injured man has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
His injuries are not life-threatening.
