Ambulance staff took two people to hospital after a crash near Stonehaven this afternoon.
They were hurt in a single-vehicle collision on the A957 Slug Road at around 2.15pm.
A stretch of the road was closed for more than two hours to allow emergency services access.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We were called to reports of a one vehicle crash on the A957 outside of Stonehaven around 2.15pm.
“The ambulance service was also in attendance and two people were taken to hospital.”
“Inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing.”
