Firefighters have been called to an Aberdeen primary this morning after a fire broke out on school grounds.
Crews were sent to Seaton Primary School near King Street after receiving calls at around 6.50am.
Two appliances, both from Central Fire Station, were rushed to the scene but a spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said the fire had been extinguished before they arrived.
Unconfirmed reports say that the fire began after early morning meal preparations went wrong but damage to the building is understood to be fairly minor.
