A two-car crash has happened on a busy north-east road.
The collision occurred on the A944 Aberdeen to Alford road, just outside Dunecht at about 4.30pm.
No one has been injured and both cars have not been damaged.
Police say the surface of the road is treacherous due to the icy conditions.
