Just days after they announced a new north-east premises, a popular restaurant chain has gained the seal of approval from one of America’s biggest music stars.
Barburrito, the Mexican restaurant-bar group, is set to officially open at its new location in Aberdeen’s Union Square this Autumn.
And it seems this could be the key ingredient in convincing Beyonce to visit the north-east in the future after it was revealed as a favourite of ‘Queen Bey’.

Staff at the chain’s Glasgow branch were left stunned last night when they received a call from the star’s crew requesting an order of gigantic proportions.
The order is understood to have consisted of a whopping 441 tacos, 2 naked burritos and 78 chips with guacamole feeding 13 bus loads of people, production team and crew.
