Nigel Poustie was found on Charleston Drive on Monday and died in Ninewells Hospital the following day. Police have confirmed a 50-year-old man will appear at the city’s sheriff court tomorrow. Officers are appealing for anyone who saw Mr Poustie on Monday to contact 101.
