Aspiring occupational therapists can find out more about the profession during a free workshop in Aberdeen.
The Robert Gordon University will host the session for fifth and sixth year pupils, college students and older people considering a career in the field.
Local practitioners will also be at the event to give participants an idea about the day-to-day work of occupational therapists and an understanding of the skills involved.
The workshop, organised in conjunction with NHS Grampian and Aberdeen City Council, is for those considering applying for an undergraduate course on the subject.
Dawn Mitchell, subject lead in occupational therapy at RGU, said participants would also get to test their skills during practical activities with volunteer patients.
She added: “This has proved to be very successful in the past and many of the pupils who attend the day end up applying for and studying the course.”
