A man has died in an incident involving a digger at an north-east farm today.
Emergency services were called to South Waulkmill farm, between Dyce and Newmachar, shortly after 9am where they found a man “seriously injured”.
Police have now confirmed the 68-year-old has died.
Inspector Darren Bruce said: “We are liaising with the Health and Safety Executive and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course, as is the case with all sudden deaths.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this sad time.”
