Police have confirmed that Minthaka Patabedige, who was reported missing from the Fraserburgh area, is no longer being treated as a missing person.
Officers previously said Mr Patabedige, known as Vass, was last seen near Fraserburgh Harbour at around 2pm on October 12.
A police spokesman said: “Officers would like to thank all those who assisted with their inquiries and to those who shared appeals for information.”
