Part of an Aberdeen street was cordoned off this afternoon as police dealt with concerns about the welfare of a man in a property.
Officers were called around 10:30am this morning to Victoria Street because of concerns for the well-being of a man and a section of the street was cordoned off.
The man was reportedly taken from the building by police shortly before 2pm.
Inspector Jackie Craig said: “This is an isolated incident of a public order nature.
“There was no risk to the public and one man has been taken into custody.”
