Emergency services are in attendance at a north-east harbour after a passenger on board a yacht was injured.
The coastguard was alerted at 3.40pm today, after an individual on a craft near Macduff harbour was hurt.
The casualty is currently being treated by an ambulance crew and an air ambulance is also on scene.
A coastguard spokesman said: “We were alerted at 3.40pm that someone had been injured on board a yacht. Others on board were able to take the boat into the harbour.”
