Chloe’s Kitchen Creations

Newly opened in its bigger Alford home, Chloe’s Kitchen Creations is set to expand its customer base with its cakes, coffees, soups and scones.

Now based on Donside Road, The Alford Breakfast, coffee from Roaring Stag Coffee, and afternoon teas are all stars on the menu.

Bigger bites are also available as well as luscious bakes.

If you’re looking to try out a new cafe this weekend, this should be top of your list.

Another exciting new opening can also be found in Banff.

The Banff Deli, based on Low Street, is already cementing its place as a new town favourite. Its owners are full of character and their range of food is plentiful.

Breads sourced from local bakers, indulgent cheeses, meats, freshly made pies and pastries and sweet treats… it’s all happening here.

Since launching on Aberdeen’s Union Street, Six by Nico has been wowing Granite City diners.

Now, its latest tasting menu, New York, has just launched. Six stunning courses inspired by all things NYC feature on the menu.

From Little Italy (hazelnut ragu) to Broadwhey (celeriac and whey risotto) and topping it all off with the Big Apple (apple curd, oat and pecan granola), this sounds like a must-try.

If burgers are your thing and you haven’t tried Flakes Diner yet, then you definitely should.

Handmade smash-style burgers, popular in the US, are the main attraction at the King Street venue in Aberdeen.

Chicken burgers and wings are also popular while its dessert range also looks mouthwateringly tempting.

Fancy dining in Inverurie this weekend? Fennel, situated on Burn Lane, has long been at the forefront of the town’s restaurant scene.

Popular for its Sunday roasts and seasonal specialities, the venue has just launched its new winter menu.

Favourites like its chicken wings have been given a cranberry glaze makeover, while other dishes like the spicy mulled-wine braised beef shin sound utterly heavenly.
