Four have been taken to hospital after a crash which left a car on its side in Aberdeenshire.
Emergency crews were called to the two-vehicle collision on the B9077 near Kirkton of Durris at around 3.30pm.
Police and ambulance teams are both working at the scene.
The extent to which anyone has been hurt is not yet known, but it is understood one man has suffered “potentially serious” injuries.
Officers are advising motorists to find alternate routes, adding that the road may be closed for some time.
