Firefighters are on the scene tackling a fire at an Aberdeen property.
The alarm was raised at 3.19pm and appliances from North Anderson Drive and Central attended at the scene on Elmbank Road.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “We sent three appliances to the scene.
“We’re using two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a positive ventilation fan.
“The fire has been extinguished but crew remain on the scene.”
