A driver has been injured after colliding with a deer on a Moray road this evening.
Police, paramedics and fire crews were called to the crash on the A96 Aberdeen to Inverness route near West Road on the outskirts of Elgin at 7.25pm.
It is understood that the road has remained open to motorists.
A police spokesman said: “We were called around 7.25p. to the A96 near West Road, Elgin, to a report of a car colliding with a deer. The driver is injured.”
