Firefighters were today called to a blaze at a manufacturing firm in Fraserburgh.
Emergency services were called to Gray and Adams just after 10.05am.
Further assistance was requested at the paint workshop on Harbour Road.
A fire service spokesman said: “There are currently six pumps in attendance and 32 firefighters are on the scene.
“Fire crews are using two jets and four breathing apparatus.
“The property has asbestos but they are unsure if it’s been compromised.”
One ambulance is at the scene to treat the single casualty.
An ambulance spokeswoman said: “We received a call at 10.29am to attend a fire at Gray and Adams in Fraserburgh.
“Two ambulances and two special operations response teams were dispatched and one patient was treated by paramedics and did not require transport to hospital.
“Our special operations response teams are still on scene supporting the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service crews.”
The fire is now under control but has not been extinguished.
