The business park surrounding Invernettie Roundabout at the entrance to Peterhead could be poised to undergo further expansion.
Plans have been lodged by Finnie 4×4, a vehicle sales company already based at the site, to build a storage and distribution centre at Sandford Business Centre.
Members of the Buchan Area Committee have been advised to approve the plans when they meet on Tuesday.
The extension to the Peterhead company is the latest in a string of businesses investing in the area.
Burger King, Toolstation and a 24-hour petrol station have also recently been given approval to explore ventures there, to various degrees.
The companies will join McDonalds, KFC and various others across the area.
Councillors have been told by officers to agree with the extension as no objections have been submitted.
