Good morning P&J readers, looks like there’s a another bleak day ahead of us.
High winds and rain are affecting travel routes today.
Met Office issued a yellow warning for high wind and rain earlier this week, and commuters are advised to plan ahead.
Skye Bridge is closed to high sided vehicles and Kessock Bridge is currently is currently open.
Dornoch Bridge is now just a High Winds warning. It's no longer closed to High Sided Vehicles….for now!

Traffic is slow on the A93 in Aberdeenshire due to snow between the School Road junction in Braemar and the Glenshee junction.
And some non-weather related things to look out for:
In Aberdeen, Traffic is slower than usual on the A96 between Kinsgwells and Aberdeen near the Chapel of Stoneywood due to maintenance work.
There’s long-term roadworks on St Machar Drive in Tillydrone at the Bedford Road junction.
A diversion is still in place at Riverside Drive.
The usual congestion can be expected around Haudagain, Union Street, Holburn Street and the Beach Boulevard.
In Aberdeenshire one lane on the A90 at Stonehaven is closed for resurfacing during the night.
There’s also resurfacing work outside Peterhead, which could cause delays.
And in Keith temporary traffic lights are in place in both directions on Moss Street at the Bridge Street junction.
