A man is due to appear in court following an incident at a north-east swimming pool.
Police were made aware of an incident of indecent behaviour reported to have occurred recently at Stonehaven Open Air Pool.
A man has now been charged and arrested and a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
