A man has been place in detention for his role in the ram raid of a north-east shop which caused more than £7,000 worth of damage.
Christopher Lee Cheung-McDonough struck along with others when he found a car left unsecured on Queens Road in Aberdeen earlier this year.
Police were called to the Main Street in Newburgh and discovered the Costcutters store had been extensively damaged.
CCTV showed the stolen vehicle driving down the street before reversing into the front of the shop.
Two men, who were not recognisable, were then seen to go into the shop and came out with lager and vodka.

The vehicle in question was later found abandoned in Old Aberdeen.
Cheung-McDonough confessed to the theft of the vehicle and breaking into the shop during an earlier appearance at the sheriff court where he returned yesterday to be sentenced.
Sheriff William Summers sent the prisoner to Polmont Brightons for 21 months.
