Teyve Denham has been traced on Skye
Teyve Denham has been traced on Skye

A teenager missing from his home in the Central Belt is believed to have travelled to Fort William.

Omar Teyve Denham, known as Teyve, was last seen at around 5pm on Friday, October 7 at Dunblane Railway Station.

Police remain concerned for the teenager  and now believe he initially traveled to the Ballachulish area in Lochaber and that he may now be in Fort William.

With this in mind officers are appealing to members of the public who live in both Ballachulish and Fort William to assist in their efforts to trace Mr Denham

He is described as white, 6ft tall with a slim build, long wavy shoulder length fair hair and wearing an oversized red jumper with black stripes, blue denim jeans and grey high top trainers.

Inspector Andrew Malcolm of Forth Valley Division said:  “Teyve has been missing since Friday and we are growing increasingly concerned about his welfare.

“We would again ask Teyve to make contact with his family, friends or with police to let us know he is safe and well.

“We now believe Teyve may be in the Highlands, particularly in the Fort William and Ballachulish areas.

“We would ask that anyone from those areas who believes they have seen Tevye, or recognises his description, to get in touch with police immediately.

“Those with information can contact Police Scotland on 101.”
