The incident occurred just after midnight on October 7 near to the Domino’s pizza premises on Academy Street. Two men aged 23 and 24 years old have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal. Police are appealing to anybody who witnessed the incident or has any information to contact them on 101 or alternatively Crimestoppers on 0800555111.
