Ross County’s Premiership game against Livingston will go ahead after an improvement in the condition of the Staggies’ squad following an outbreak of norovirus. County cancelled training on Thursday after 10 players were struck by the illness, leaving only eight fit to train. The situation had created doubt over the trip to Livi but the Staggies have had no fresh cases of the virus after reassessing their squad today. Although the Staggies will still be missing some players, the Dingwall side have been encouraged with the recovery of some who were struck down early in the week, who have reported an improvement. County, who are seventh in the table, go into tomorrow’s game a point ahead of their opponents.
