Emergency services have been called to a three-vehicle crash on an Aberdeen road.
Officers received the call to the incident on Westburn Drive at 5.50pm this evening.
A spokeswoman said the road is closed, but added that the extent of injuries is unknown.
The fire service received the call just before 6pm, with officers requesting their assistance.
One fire engine was sent from North Anderson Drive and another from Aberdeen Central Fire Station
A spokeswoman said: “One man was freed from one of the vehicles.
“We used an electric saw and stabilised the car.
“We left the scene at 6.30pm.”
