Plans for a new equestrian centre at Edderton in Ross-shire, will be considered by councillors next week.
Local authority officers have recommended approval of the venture at Leathley Lodge.
The development would mean upgrading access to the site, new car parking space and floodlighting and erection of a wooden stable block.
The north planning committee will discuss the proposals at a meeting in Inverness.
