Two walkers who were cut off by the tide on Skye have been rescued by a lifeboat.
The walkers became trapped in the area south of the Man of Storr.
Stornoway Coastguard received the call for help at 4.45pm.
A coastguard spokesman said: “Portree Lifeboat recovered the walkers, who were cut off by the tide. The lifeboat took them back to Portree, where they were checked over by the Portree Coast Rescue Team.”
