Appeal to overturn planning permission for Moray homes is thrown out

An appeal to overturn planning permission for 11 homes in a Moray town has been thrown out.

Moray Council approved proposals for the site to the rear of Ewing Crescent in Buckie despite 42 objections from locals, with six also writing in support.

Now an attempt to reverse the decision from one resident has been thrown out by the Scottish Government.

Planning officer Fiona Manson said: “The right to make an appeal lies only with the person or organisation who made the application to the council.”
