Living in the lap of luxury with Veitchi Homes

Veitchi Homes is set to launch its latest collection of luxury properties at Ceann Torr Park, Kintore at the end of May.

This select development of only 13 detached homes will comprise a mix of three, four, and five bedroom family villas.

Raymond Tedeschi of Veitchi Homes said: “This will be our eighth development in Aberdeenshire since 2010. All of our previous developments have been typically small and exclusive, which is what has made them so sought after.

“Our bespoke homes are designed in a traditional style; they have character, inside and out; rooms are spacious and laid out where they ought to be; kitchens and bathrooms are timeless; fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality; and above all they are set in generous sized plots.

“As for location, Aberdeenshire is a great place to live with a buoyant economy and I expect house prices to continue to rise over the coming months – now is the right time to buy.”

Built to the very high standard
for which Veitchi has become known, the specification is impressive.

The kitchens have been exclusively designed by Laings of Inverurie and all benefit from fully integrated appliances, five-burner gas hob, appropriate cooker hood and double oven in stainless steel, together with a tall integrated fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. All this in a spacious kitchen and adjacent to a breakfast/dining area and family room.

Each of the four and five bedroom detached homes at Ceann Torr Park features at least one en-suite shower room, with an additional shower room on the ground floor. The modern internal specification complements the traditional exterior,
which has been designed to blend seamlessly with existing local properties.

The Royal Burgh of Kintore is perfectly located for commuting to Aberdeen, only 13 miles from its centre. There is a regular bus service to Aberdeen with a travel time of about 45 minutes.

To visit the development if
travelling from Inverurie, follow
the A96 down to the Broomhill Roundabout and take the first
exit onto the B987. Take the first exit at the next roundabout, then turn left. Ceann Torr Park is on your left.
