Dandara has been named among the winners of the International Property Awards 2014-15 – securing the approval of a panel of the world’s leading property experts for the quality of architecture, construction and marketing of its communities.
Dandara, one of the largest independent developers in the UK, has been recognised for its luxurious residential developments in Aberdeen – Hazelwood, in the city’s west end, and the Beechwood Grove phase of its Stoneywood community, which are both in high demand.
The International Property Awards are judged by a panel of more than 70 highly respected experts from all over the world, chaired by three active members of the House of Lords: Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Courtown.
They culminate in a gala dinner at Grosvenor Square, London, on October 24 – at which Dandara will discover which grading it has achieved – four star highly commended, or best-in-class five star.
Dandara has secured its wins in: residential development, north-east Scotland, for both Hazelwood and Beechwood Grove; architecture (multiple units) for Scotland, also at Beechwood Grove; and development marketing in the UK, for Hazelwood.

Each award represents a significant achievement for Dandara, as entrants are judged against a strict set of criteria, with only six competitors per category in each global region.
Should Dandara secure five-star status in any of its four categories, the company will automatically go on to International World’s Best judging stage – with winners of those awards to be announced at the Jumeirah Madinat in Dubai on Thursday, December 4.
