Police have confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances following the death of a man in a Highland hotel.
Police were called to a premise on Fort William High Street on Tuesday evening, after staff raised the alarm.
A spokesman said: “Police Scotland can confirm officers attended at a hotel on Fort William High Street at around 6.30pm on Tuesday following the sudden death of a 54-year-old man.
“There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
