Fire crews have been deployed to the area for this fourth time this week.
The alarm was raised at 11am this morning with the fire service sending one appliance to the nature reserve.
A spokeswoman for the SFRS said: “We received the call at 11am and we have one appliance from Altens fire station in attendance.
“The team have used a hose reel jet and knapsacks to dampen the area and ferried water from a nearby water hydrant.
“Some hotspots have been located.”
Grass fires have plagued The Gramps, with fire services deployed to the area three times earlier this week.
