If you are looking for dog-friendly restaurants and pubs in Aberdeen then we’ve got you covered.

There are plenty of pawsome places you can go to if you are out and about with your four-legged friend.

So next time you take the pooch out, check out our suggestions for dog-friendly spots to visit for a drink or bite to eat.

It’s the least you can do for your canine companion.

Amuse by Kevin Dalgleish

You can enjoy fine dining and dishes with seasonal produce at Amuse. Owner and head chef Kevin Dalgleish knows the importance of your pooch.

Dogs are welcome in this Aberdeen dog-friendly venue’s bar area, though customers need to say at time of booking if they will be bringing their dog along on their visit to Amuse.

It’s rare that a higher-end establishment welcomes animals, so it’s great to see Amuse, which opened in 2022, leading the way.

The Long Dog Cafe & Boutique

The Long Dog is a fantastic choice for dog owners in Aberdeen’s West End.

It welcomes dogs with open arms.  This cute little shop sells a wide range of doggy essentials such as pet food, jackets, harnesses and, of course, dog treats.

You can tuck into coffee and cake or a Freakshake – a milkshake which is something the cafe is known for. Your furry friends will be well catered for too – and can enjoy a pup cup – a paper cup filled with treats of their own. And the cups are personalised with your dog’s name written on them.
