Three people have been taken to hospital after a one-car crash on the A98 last night which forced the road to close for almost two hours.
A police spokeswoman confirmed the incident occurred on the A98 which meant the road between Fraserburgh and Mid Ardlaw had to close for about two hours.
She said: “At around 9.15pm on Tuesday, 29 November, we were called to a report of a one-car crash on the A98.
“Emergency services attended, and the road was closed between Fraserburgh and Mid Ardlaw.
“All three occupants were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The road reopened at 11pm.”
This comes just over nine months after three people were taken to hospital following a three-car collision on the A98 Fraserburgh to Fochabers road near Mid Ardlaw.
